THE ROLE:

As the Junior Marketing/Social Media Assistant, you’ll be a key player in crafting a cohesive and engaging online presence. From creating eye-catching posts to editing compelling videos, your contributions will drive brand awareness and results.

Content Creation:

Design vibrant social media posts with tools like Canva. Video Editing: Use CapCut to produce engaging video content that resonates with our audience.

Social Media Management:

Support the social media calendar, ensuring platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube thrive.

Collaborative Projects:

Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report key metrics, from follower growth to engagement rates.

Travel Opportunities:

Occasional travel (UK & abroad) and weekend work may be required.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our talented Marketing team to execute high-quality content and growth strategies.

Work Location:

At BBE, we are all about creative collaboration and teamwork, and so this role is based from our Chelmsford HQ.

MUST-HAVES:

A creative thinker who loves storytelling and has a flair for design. Proficiency with Canva and some experience with CapCut (or similar tools).

Some experience in, but definitely a passion for social media.

Basic understanding of social media platform trends. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus (but not essential). A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow. Commitment to travel & work occasional weekends. Ability to work on-site from our HQ office in Chelmsford. Openness to flexible working hours and travel opportunities.
